To fulfil and support your top-up, we process the KOOK user ID you provide, order identifiers, amount, payment status and necessary support records.
PayPal handles payment credentials such as card details and account passwords. NOMI does not collect or store complete payment credentials.
To prevent abuse we store a salted hash of the visiting IP address, never the address itself. After PayPal webhook verification, we retain only the minimum event summary needed for reconciliation, such as event, order/transaction identifiers, amount, currency and status, rather than unrelated personal data from the full notification.
We use this information only for fulfilment, reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling and applicable compliance obligations, and retain it only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes. We do not sell it.
